My package is missing! What should I do!!

Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? Try checking with your neighbors first to make sure the package didn’t get delivered to their house instead. Sometime, mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake (oops!).

If your order has still not shown up please contact our support team so we can verify you used the correct address at checkout.

 

 

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards, including Visa, Master, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.

 

 

I placed an order and never received a confirmation email?

If you do not receive an email from Lifeasily.com within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Also be sure to check your phone as you may have entered your phone number rather than an email. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

Please contact our support team if you are still having trouble and they should be able to help you find it with other information.

 

 

What if my credit card is declined?

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, please try entering your information one more time to insure no mistakes were made. You will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase if it doesn’t work the second time.

 

 

I was given a refund but I don’t see it back in my account yet?

Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase, please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.
